New Bridge For The Plank Road

New Bridge For The Plank Road

Note To ALL Club Members

When riding the County trails please ride offset (not straight down the center) so we are not making ruts in the trail. Also when you are riding all of our trails please yield to pedestrians, horseback riders, hikers, and bicyclists on the trail. This means at least stopping for horses and slowing down for people. Also, when you are getting close to houses please slow down as a common courtesy to reduce dust. It is also illegal to ride down either State Routes 370 (in Cato) and 104A (in Fair Haven). We only have permission to cross these main routes. If you are caught, you WILL be ticketed and it will reflect poorly on the club. We need to do all this so we can keep people happy so we are allowed to continue sharing the trails in the near future.

Note to all club members: WE NEED HELP

Members are asked to go out on their own (at your convenience) to help trim back the trails (remove tree branches hanging in the trail, etc.) and trim around signs (to allow a clear view). The grass is mostly mowed where we can get to it with the tractor and mower. We need lots of help to get the rest of the trimming done so our trails are safe for all riders. Minor trail maintenance such as this can be done by ANY member. Any further questions contact Jermey at 592-8626. Thanks and ride safely.

Work Detail

Members are asked to go out on their own (at your convenience) to help trim back trails (remove large tree branches, etc.) and trim around signs (to allow a clear view). The grass is getting tall and we will be mowing soon but we can't get close enough to the signs. This will be this Saturdays work detail. Any further questions contact Jermey at 592-8626. Thanks.

Anyone Missing Keys?

A set of keys has been found. Anyone that has lost a set of keys on the club trails please contact Pat Marra at 564-6619 or Jermey Bomgren at 592-8626.

Note to all club members

With the high winds we have had the past couple days, please be careful when out riding on the trails because I am sure there are trees down on the trails. If there are any major problems please contact Jermey at 592-8626. Thanks ride safe and have fun.
